Emma Farrell is a Project Associate with the National Center for State Courts. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. Before joining NCSC, Emma was a client advocate intern at the Center for Appellate Litigation. In her time there, she worked on the Conditions of Confinement team, which strives to secure safe conditions for incarcerated clients.
Emma currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
