Rob Wall is a Senior Court Management Consultant at the National Center for State Courts. Before joining NCSC, Rob worked as the Director of the Hamilton County Municipal Court Help Center, assisting over 10,000 unrepresented people each year facing evictions, debt collections and other serious legal problems. At the Help Center, Rob led initiatives to redesign the eviction court summons, provide proactive outreach to people sued with consumer debts and otherwise help self-represented people resolve their legal issues and navigate the court system. Rob also served as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Commission on Racial and Ethnic Disparities, a professionally diverse group of stakeholders working to identify, document and reduce racial disparities in North Carolina's criminal justice system. Rob started his career as a Skadden Fellow and the Managing Attorney of the Second Chance Community Legal Clinic at the Ohio Justice & Policy Center, providing community-based legal services to help people with criminal records remove barriers to full community participation. Rob lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
