Registration is open to Language Access Program Managers and their teams, including any judiciary employees or other language access professionals in their state they wish to invite.
CLAC members whose states pay the annual State Language Access Assessment may enter the promo code they received by email to receive a discounted registration fee. With the promo code, registration will be $375 until March 15th and $425 after March 15th. For CLAC members whose states do not pay the annual State Language Access Assessment, the early bird registration fee is $425 until March 15th. Then, registration is $475 after March 15th. A note about your registration account: If the information in your NCSC registration account, such as your title or contact information, needs to be updated, please contact Allissia Bandin at abandin@ncsc.org. While the system appears to allow you to update it yourself, we have found that it doesn’t work as expected. We would be happy to update it for you to ensure it updates properly.

- Room Block Deadline: April 29, 2024 . A registration confirmation email will contain the link to the hotel group room block.
- Registration Deadline: May 6, 2024 (5 PM ET). Please note that there will be no onsite registration.
