In collaboration with the Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA), CLS developed both an english- and spanish-language course for lay guardians in the state of Texas in satisfaction of a statewide mandate to train all newly appointed guardians. Topic include alternatives to guardianship, duties and reporting requirements of the guardian, and more.
