Court-Solution Providers Survey
We're conducting a national survey focused on improving the relationship between courts and solution providers in technology projects. From case management and e-filing to jury tools and online dispute resolution, courts rely on solution providers to deliver critical systems — but successful implementation depends on more than just good software. It requires strong communication, shared understanding, and a collaborative approach from both sides.
This survey — developed by NCSC in collaboration with representatives from the Joint Technology Committee (JTC), Court Information Technology Officers Consortium (CITOC), and IJIS Institute and with support from the State Justice Institute — aims to uncover what's working, what's not, and how we can do better together.
The survey takes about 20–25 minutes to complete. Your insights are incredibly valuable and will help shape future tools, templates, and strategies to support more successful court technology projects.
