Pennsylvania HB 1337 AS AMENDED BY HOUSE:  Allows permanent court records to be copied using the latest technology, including electronic or digital means of copying. Changes the composition of surcharges levied for the Access to Justice (ATJ) Account and the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN) and extends sunset of surcharge to 2017.
