AI Implementers' Forum
Our bi-monthly AI Implementers' Forum is an opportunity for robust AI-related discussions and prototype demonstrations among NCSC team members and court AI coders, practitioners, implementers, judges, clerks, and administrators. The forum is designed to provide a space for court professionals working on AI initiatives to come together to exchange ideas, information, and learn from one another.
Topics of past discussions include:
- E-filing document review and routing automation
- AI in court transcriptions
- AI in HR functions such as job description development
- AI in invoice processing
- Concerns about AI generated evidence being entered into a court filing
- Issues related to AI court readiness, change management, and preparing your court staff for AI
Meetings take place on the second Wednesday of every other month. Court professionals involved in AI initiatives are invited to submit an interest form. Requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Approved requestors will receive further details via email.
