Measuring access & fairness in Ohio

We worked with the Supreme Court of Ohio to test an updated court user survey (CourTools measure 1) to assess public perceptions following the pandemic. Discover what our survey findings revealed about in-person and remote court experiences.

Trial court measures

This balanced set of 10 court performance measures provides you with tools to demonstrate effective use of resources. Each measure features a clear definition and statement of purpose with a link to documents that include all steps to create the measure including data collection instruments and a description of methods, and strategies for reporting results.

Using these tools to measure performance can strengthen the judiciary's ability to deliver fair and impartial justice.
