These gifts allow us to pursue and prioritize critical issues like eviction diversion as they arise. Past initiatives include our comprehensive response and support to state courts during the pandemic and convening of national task forces to address the widespread mental health and opioid crises. Gifts can be made one time or on a recurring basis.

Responding to AI & the administration of justice
Gifts to the Friends of the Court help us respond to emerging needs like AI. Our AI Rapid Response Team developed interim guidance for our courts interested in understanding how to implement Generative AI (Gen AI) without compromising accuracy, ethics, and public trust.
