2026 Human Resources & Finance Summit

NCSC is hosting the 2026 Human Resources & Finance Summit from Wednesday, October 21, through Friday, October 23, in Orlando, Florida. An educational conference for state and local court professionals in human resources, audit, and finance positions, the summit kicks off on Wednesday morning with HR-focused programming and continues Thursday with HR, audit, and finance plenary sessions. On Friday morning, attendees will hear additional finance and audit-focused programming before the summit concludes just before noon. There will also be a reception Thursday night.

Registered attendees can take advantage of the room block at the summit venue, the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, 10100 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32821. The prevailing government per diem rate at the time of the summit will be available for the block, which is open through September 30 or until the block is full – whichever comes first.  After September 30, the conference rate is not guaranteed. Hotel space is limited!
