Community collaboration in emerging adult diversion
Join us for this month's installment of the Family-Centered Fridays series to hear how Franklin County, Ohio's Unleashing Potential (UP!) program is using community collaboration to improve diversion for emerging adults. By increasing collaboration between the court, counsel, city agencies, community-based programs, and other treatment services, the UP! Program connects court-involved emerging adults to services and resources that help them avoid recidivism, gain independence, and achieve their long-term goals. Attendees will learn how staff in Franklin County built and maintain these collaborations and the impact on program participants.
