Using technology & remote services in navigator programs

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm ET

Join us for our third Court Navigator School lecture, "Using technology & remote services in navigator programs," highlighting how programs leverage technology to streamline administrative tasks, improve user experience, and increase efficiency. We will also explore potential challenges and pitfalls that programs should watch for when integrating new tools. Learn from court navigator programs that provide services remotely and explore how technology is transforming their work. Students will hear directly from programs that use a variety of digital tools, including AI, to enhance service delivery.

Court Navigator School is a series of one-hour virtual webinar sessions that provide information, ideas, and tangible suggestions to help you start a navigator program or enhance your existing program.  Our lecture sessions cover important topics to help you start a program or enhance your existing program. Additional "study hall" sessions will provide structured, online technical assistance and advice from national experts and a place to share ideas with colleagues, exchange information, and explore possibilities in your jurisdiction in a small group setting.
