Winning together: Building stronger court-solution provider partnerships
Many of the challenges experienced by courts and technology solution providers arise from factors that can unintentionally create tension such as procurement constraints, evolving or incomplete requirements, differing interpretations, limited resources, and the unique complexity of court processes. By recognizing these shared challenges, courts and solution providers can work together to build clearer communication, realistic expectations, and stronger partnerships.
Presenters will explore strategies for achieving efficient, practical, and timely outcomes. They will also share plans for a larger project to improve the court and solution providers relationship.
Following this session, attendees will be able to:
- Identify common barriers: Recognize shared challenges like procurement constraints, misaligned expectations, and limited resources that impact court technology projects.
- Foster constructive dialogue: Encourage open conversations between court leaders and solution providers to build trust and uncover collaboration opportunities.
- Introduce a path forward: Highlight the Joint Technology Committee and NCSC initiative designed to improve court- solution providers relationships and drive more successful technology outcomes.
