Derek Felton

Derek Felton serves as the director of creative learning services, where he oversees the design of our e-learning courses and support materials for select initiatives and client projects. 

Prior to assuming this role, he spent five years as the multimedia project manager on our education and professional development team. Before joining NCSC in 2014, he worked for over 15 years as an interactive design professional for various advertising and media companies.

Felton earned a bachelor's degree in art (graphic design) from Hampton University and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction (instructional technology) from the University of Virginia.
