Lindsey E. Wylie

Lindsey E. Wylie conducts research at the intersection of psychology, law, behavioral health, and data governance. Her work has generated evidence supporting diversion, pretrial supervision, therapeutic courts, and specialized probation. Drawing from social and implementation sciences, she designs context-specific research and evaluation studies, and translates complex data findings into actionable insights through storytelling. 

Before joining NCSC, she was the director of research at the University of Nebraska Omaha's Juvenile Justice Institute.

She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Florida and a master's degree in forensic psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She also has a juris doctor with a concentration in health law from the Nebraska College of Law, and a doctorate in social psychology with a concentration in methods and design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
