Margaret Allen Hoyt

Margaret Allen Hoyt is the director of academic programs at our Institute for Court Management (ICM), where she oversees all aspects of ICM courses offered face-to-face, virtually and via asynchronous education. 

Prior to joining NCSC in 2016, she developed face-to-face and virtual education for non-judicial court personnel at the Supreme Court of Ohio's Judicial College for 15 years. 

Allen Hoyt, a past president of the National Association of State Judicial Educators (NASJE) and ICM Fellow, has presented at several NASJE and National Association for Court Management conferences and served as faculty for the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College. In her current role, she teaches ICM's educational development course.
