Treatment courts

We support statewide treatment courts and local treatment court programs to: 

• Provide training and technical assistance to implement evidence-based practices.
• Build capacity of state treatment court professionals to support local treatment court programs.
• Engage in statewide strategic planning.
• Conduct data collection, process and outcome evaluations, and data-driven decision-making.

Our 2025 conference addressed topics, including: how to create and engage advisory committees, the benefits of program data and accreditation, strategies for obtaining and retaining grants, and best practices for program monitoring. 

We've developed a funding dashboard to help courts learn and plan for their own programs.  Explore how other courts are funding different program areas and identify approaches that can be adapted for your community.
