Lindsay Hafford leverages her experience in local and state court administration to  help courts find solutions that enhance operations, governance, case management, and technology for increased public trust and confidence and access. 

Previously, Hafford served as a senior operations consultant for the Florida Office of the State Courts Administrator. She was lead staff to the statewide policy commissions for the trial and appellate courts and also supported the statewide trial court budget commission. Hafford began her career in the trial courts as a juvenile diversion program director and court resources manager in the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida.  

She holds a master of public administration from the Askew School of Public Policy at Florida State University and is a Certified Court Manager.
