We typically conduct interviews and/or surveys and observe proceedings and other relevant activities. Stakeholder workshops are sometimes used to give additional insights to inform our findings and recommendations.

At the project's conclusion, we present findings and recommendations based on best practices and ours and others widely accepted methodologies.
