Together, members help support programs that strengthen the administration of justice and uphold the rule of law.

The committee creates and participates in opportunities for dialogue on judicial reform issues among state court leaders, the business community, and the public. Recent focus has been given to issues such as electronic discovery, mass torts, jury system reform, and improvements in judicial elections.
