Our Young Lawyers Committee offers an opportunity for public service, networking with senior counsel of the nation's most prominent law firms, and an exchange of ideas with state court leaders. Their work with the Lawyers Committee includes:

  • Building public understanding of the need for a strong and independent judiciary.
  • Participating actively in outreach to the bar and legal community in support of committee recommendations.
  • Creating and participating in opportunities for dialogue with state court leaders on judicial reform issues.
  • Encouraging financial support for National Center for State Courts programs and initiatives.

Generally reserved for attorneys 40 years of age or younger or who have been admitted to practice for less than 10 years, our members are designated by a Lawyers Committee attorney to represent their firm.
