In this first video of a five-part series, you will learn that a conservator is a person appointed by a court to help manage the money of someone who can no longer do it themselves due to illness or disability. The conservator's role includes paying bills, tracking income and assets, and making sure that the person has what they need now and in the future. Additionally, conservators are responsible for keeping records and filing reports with the court.
