Kristen Trebil-Halbersma

Drawing from her experiences in statewide, trial court, and justice partner administration, Kristen Trebil-Halbersma leads our coaching, training, and strategic planning projects.
She previously served as the Minnesota Judicial Branch's court services director where she was responsible for business process and education, research and evaluation, self-represented litigant program, child support magistrates, court payment center call center and citation entry, programs and ancillary, psychological services, and jury management. She also served as the Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Program administration and Carver County court administrator.
She received her master's degree from St. Cloud University in criminal justice administration and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. She is also an ACC credentialed coach.
