Deborah Mason

Deborah Mason shares decades of public service leadership experience in her duties as vice president and chief administrative officer.
Since 1998, she has played a pivotal role in overseeing NCSC's human resources office as executive director. Mason's dedication to advancing the field of court administration extends to her contributions as an instructor at the University of Richmond's School of Professional and Continuing Studies and a faculty member for our Institute for Court Management.
Previously, Mason spent 22 years serving the Commonwealth of Virginia in both the executive and judicial branches. Mason earned her bachelor's degree in business education and a master's degree in public administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
