Jennifer Elek is committed to helping courts improve judicial policy, practice, and performance to promote access, fairness, and equal justice for all.
A director of several national projects, Elek has research interests that include evidence-based criminal justice policy and practice; judicial education, performance evaluation, and leadership development; and program evaluation and performance measurement.
She earned a Ph.D. from Ohio University, master's degree from William & Mary, and a bachelor's degree from Vassar College.
