Suzanne Tallarico's firsthand experience in courts and with justice system partners informs her work to improve performance by strengthening programs, policies, and processes.
Her projects focus on workload assessment, strategic planning, case processing, and process improvements. Tallarico also uses her expertise to examine case processing, resource needs, evidence-based practices, and management in adult and juvenile probation.
Prior to joining NCSC, she directed research and evaluation for the Colorado State Court Administrator's Division of Probation Services and spent 12 years as a senior research analyst for the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice.
